Let's try this again
2 cups of coffee with 2% milk
toasted blueberry bagel with butter
2 cup of water
2 slices of whole grain toasted bread with butter
bowl of yogurt with mixed fruit and cranberry granola
glass of 2% milk
2 mini chocolate bars ( Halloween leftovers )
medium zip lock bag of mixed veggies ( carrots,bell peppers,cucmumbers[yuck])
1 1/2 cups of water
mixed salad with raspberry dressing
glass of water
crackers with cheese and peppered salami
2 sticks of pepperoni
This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month. Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Sollinger 2019-11-03
- 2.5 gluten free pancakes with rhubarb marmalade
- 1 fried egg
- 1 coffee
- 2 cocoas
- 1 serving of ribs, brisket, mac and cheese sweet potato hash and potato salad
- 1 small shared plate of blue corn chips and homemade salsa
- 2.0 L of water

Sollinger 2019-11-02
- 1 bowl of savoury oatmeal with egg and kale
- 1 granola bar
- 1 large fruit smoothie
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 1 beyond meat burger
- 1 small plate of homemade fries
- 1 shared bucket of popcorn
- 1 peppermint tea
- 2 cocoas
- 1.8 L of water
My bad
Sorry for not keeping up with this, it is taking more effort than I thought it would.
I have noticed though that.....
- I do not drink nearly enough water
- I do not eat nearly enough fruit and veggies
- that tracking this is way harder than I thought
I will try to do better.

I will start anew tomorrow and try to be diligent in my posting.

- 1 thermos of homemade mushroom soup
- 2 servings of baked vegitables and smoked tofu on quinoa
- 8 small halloween chocolates
- 1 chocolate chip cookie
