Darcy 31st

Breakfast
Bowl of Cheeries with fruit and milk; 3 cups of water; 1 piece of cheese

Lunch
Bowl of fruit cocktail; 2 smokies with bread, no condiments; nutrigrain bar; 1/4 cup of trail mix; 2 pieces of cheese; 4 cups of water

3 cups of water

Supper
2 smokies; pototoe and onion; 1 pickle; 2-1 inch squares of dark chocolate; 2 cups of water

Breakfast
bowl of Cheerios with milk and apples; 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and Stephanie's homemade jam; 3 cups of water
(no kaluha for me before work.... that would get me home in a hurry, hmmmm.....!rofl

Lunch
2 smokies on bread no condiments; bowl of fruit cocktail (groceries are running low!); 1/2 cup of trail mix; 4 cups of water

Supper
Chicken wings; potaote skins (not as good as Brandons!); beer; 5 cups of water

2 cups of water

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, bran cereal and granola mixed, fruit smoothie

Lunch - pasta sprinkled with cheese and oregeno

Afternoon - Latte (needed a little jam)

Supper - sausage, peorgies, 1/2 piece of toast

Snack - popcorn & 1/2 an apple

Breakfast - two pieces of toast (grape jam, peanut butter with honey)
Snack - cheese string, plum.
Lunch - Earl's burger with fries, one beer.
Dinner - tossed salad, fruit salad (strawberries, plums, apples, blueberries).
Dessert - peach dessert.

  • 8:30 breakfast:  Bowl of cheerios
  • 10:30  lunch:  nacho chips with melted cheese and salsa and sour cream to dip
  • 5:00:  small muffin on way to kung fu
  • 8:30 after kung fu snack:  oatmeal and 2 pieces of all grain toast.
