Breakfast: 2 slices Paleo banana bread with peanut butter and jam, latte with home-roasted coffee beans and cashew milk (thought I would try it and I need it for a recipe)
Lunch: chicken and veggies in peach coconut sauce from Thang Long with rice (leftovers)
Supper: tossed green salad with balsamic/olive oil dressing, tortilla chips with taco beef, salsa, non-dairy cheese, latte with home-roasted coffee and cashew milk. I'm full now.
Water throughout the day
In conclusion: I love food, I love to eat. However I love to eat healthy food and healthy food is not just salads. I'm all about desserts. Yep, sure am and why not if the ingredients are non-processed whole foods. Speaking of desserts, I hear an avocado chocolate pudding calling my name.
