garlic sausage cooked over the fire
pilsbury dough filled with apple pie filling cooked in over the fire sandwich maker
2 avacado shakes
Half a bag of shell peanuts
1 bag of cracked pepper sunflower seeds
various sides, rice, pasta, quinoa, bulgar
lasagna with meat sauce
3/4 of a loaded pizza
3 servings of ceasar salad
6 servings of mixed green salad
6 servings of potatoes
4 salami and cheese sandwiches
tomatoes raw and some with olive oil and balsamic and crumbled blue cheese
various and generous helpings of fruits, blueberrys, strawberrys, peaches, mango, apples, oranges, kiwis

This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month. Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Supper- beer can chicken and herb wild rice

Sherri July 31, Day 31, this is it!
Breakfast: 2 slices Paleo banana bread with peanut butter and jam, latte with home-roasted coffee beans and cashew milk (thought I would try it and I need it for a recipe)
Lunch: chicken and veggies in peach coconut sauce from Thang Long with rice (leftovers)
Supper: tossed green salad with balsamic/olive oil dressing, tortilla chips with taco beef, salsa, non-dairy cheese, latte with home-roasted coffee and cashew milk. I'm full now.
Water throughout the day
In conclusion: I love food, I love to eat. However I love to eat healthy food and healthy food is not just salads. I'm all about desserts. Yep, sure am and why not if the ingredients are non-processed whole foods. Speaking of desserts, I hear an avocado chocolate pudding calling my name.
