Sifu Prince: Day 31

18:00 - Homemade turkey wontons and stirfry.
21:30 - cookies and milk


It's been a blast - see everyone next time.

Andrea Prince- august 31st- last day

breakfast- coffee, kashi bar
lunch- plum, whole wheat sandwich with salami, cheese, pickles, alfalfa sprouts
snack- banana, 1 piece of zuchini loaf, herbal tea
dinner- homemade won tons, stir fry with snow peas, mushrooms, carrots,and chow mein noodles
snack- 3 chocolate chip cookies

Although it will be nice not to have to write down everything I eat, I really enjoyed this experience. I felt it brought us all into each others everyday lives (in a good way, not a creepy way) and made me much more conscience of eating habits I didn't even know I had.

Breakfast
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of weak coffee
  • bagel with peanut butter

Lunch

  • noodles and meat sauce
  • large glass of orange juice

15:00 - 2 cups of water, 3 crab apples

Supper (Kayden's birthday choice)

  • shrimp on a bed of rice
  • hot dog with just hot sauce on whole wheat flat bread
  • 2 glasses of water
  • piece of pumpkin pie

19:00 - 1 crab apple

21:00 - 2 cups of water

Day 30, August 30, 2010

Dietary restriction: dairy allergy with no tolerance to dairy in any form
Dietary goal: 50% or more of food consumed is raw.

Water consumed throughout the day.

Breakfast: chocolate soy milk latte, 1 slice of 12 grain bread with peanut butter and honey

Snack: green smoothie (cilantro, pears, and apricots)

Lunch: organic tortilla chips wth peach-pineapple salsa and refied beans with hamburger, about 6 Junior Mints

Snack: 2 pieces of Bassets licorice, 1 prune plum

Supper: bowl of sauerkraut soup with crackers, piece of chocolate cake with fudge frosting (both raw and include walnuts, dates, and cocoa),
small glass of White Zinfandel

02:30 - Green tea
03:30 - Brown Rice w/almonds, water

  • bowl of raisin bran with banana and 1% milk
  • large glass of orange juice
  • 1- 75ml container of low fat blackberry yogurt
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 2 hash browns
  • 3 pieces of super thin bacon
  • 3 cups of water

09:00 - cup of water

Lunch @ 14:00

  • blackforest ham/ cheese on multigrain bread
  • bran muffin
  • cup of water

Supper @ 18:30

  • noodles with meat sauce
  • garden salad
  • cup of orange juice and water
