2 cups coffee
Breakfast- 2 granola bars and an apple
Lunch- Bowl of homemade chili with a bun, slice of saskatoon pie (yum!)
Supper- 1 beef rib, small piece of steak & potatoes w/ butter & dill (Nicked cooked)
Water throughout the day
July 2, 2012
3 cups coffee
1 apple at noon
1 apple at 3pm
Supper- Bowl of caesar salad & 12 hot wings
1/2 glass of wine & a Lindt chocolate
Water throughout the day
