Sherri July 9, Day 9

Had to snag Sifu Masterson's guacamole recipe before it scrolled into never-never land. It looks good!

Breakfast:  latte with coconut milk, 2 slices of Paleo bread with peanut butter and blueberry/raspberry/pomegranate jam, 2 breakfast sausages

Lunch: bowl of raw coconut tomato soup (cold soup), chicken stirfry (chicken, onion, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, cashews, craisnins, done in coconut oil with bone dust seasoning)

Afternoon shake: chocolate blueberry (blueberries, raw cocoa, Gogi berries, chia seeds, hemp hearts, raw honey, water and ice) recipe below. This shake is full of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and taste)

Supper: Costco Sinai hot dog (these are dairy and gluten free, yay) with mustard, no bun, homemade raw sauerkraut, bowl of blueberries with homemade Chai Tea "ice cream". Note: all of my "ice creams" are non-dairy and made with natural ingredients (no refined sugar). The creaminess comes from either cashews or coconut.
Small glass white wine
Water throughout the day

Chocolate Blueberry Shake
from Meghan Telpner (meghantelpnerblog.com)
1 cup, fresh or frozen blueberries
2 Tbs, raw cacao powder (baking cocoa) or cacao beans
2 Tbs gogi berries (I soaked mine to soften)
1 Tbs raw honey (or more to taste)
    1 Tbs hemp seeds
    1 Tbs ground chia seeds
    1 cup, ice
1 cup water (more or less to desired consistency)
Blend in blender and enjoy. Chia seeds thicken so if it thickens too much to drink, grab a spoon and have a pudding.
