Breakfast - 2 - 250ml cups of Organic Electric Lemon Green Tea (from David's Tea - check him out) and a Fuji apple.
Lunch - 2 poached eggs on whole wheat bread and a slice of cheddar cheese.
Supper - 2 sliced Fuji apples, 2 cups of brown rice with tofu stir fry (sliced carrots, green peppers, celery)
Snack - 200 ml of mixed berry yogurt and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches.
