March 30, 31 Neil Hamilton

March 30

breakfest- cinnamon bagel and a  mug of coffee

coffee time- 2 granola bars, a banana and some baby carrots

lunch- 2 cheese sandwiches on wholewheat bread and a medium salad

supper- chinese noodles and 2 cupcakes for dessert

March 31

breakfest- bowl of shreddies and milk and a mug of coffee

coffee time- 2 granola bars and a banana

lunch- some chicken stirfry and soem veggies

supper- ham with mash potatoes, caesar salad and mixed veggies

snack- hot air popcorn

Supper- 2 cheese smokies w/ ketchup
