This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month. Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

green smoothie, water, HB egg, apple, almonds, water++++, then our monthly fondue. Oil fondue, cheese and choc! Had imitation crab, shrimp, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peas, some sourdough bread with the cheese, 6 varieties of wine, choc with strawberries, banana and pineapple, small amount of non dairy choc coconut ice cream. Big time full!!

water, green smoothie, water, iced tea, smokie over fire with mustard, carrots, apple, handful of chips, more water, iced tea, cookie. Too hot!!
